Do you ship across India?: Yes, we ship PAN India. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location, and next-day delivery is available within Bangalore.
What are your delivery charges?: Delivery is free on every order across India, with no minimum spend.
What if my order arrives damaged?: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or video of the damage. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
When is my order dispatched?: We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.
How do I track my order?: Every order gets a unique order number and a private tracking link on the confirmation page. Signed-in customers can also follow progress from their account.
Can I cancel my order?: Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
